After years of helping people with dizziness in clinical settings, I realised that traditional vestibular rehab was not enough for many people, especially those with persistent patterns like PPPD and vestibular migraine.
I kept seeing the same thing: people doing all the “right” treatments, but still stuck. Still dizzy. Still afraid.
So I went deeper. I trained in mind body approaches and subconscious work. I learned to bridge the science with the lived experience of being dizzy every day. And I built THE SHIFT.
Since then, people who have been through THE SHIFT have:
